The Gouché Foundation Appoints Brian Hill as President to Lead Launch of Future Homeowner Fund in Partnership with Nation of Homeowners and Thrivent Financial
LOS ANGELES, CA – August 28, 2025 — The Gouché Foundation today announced the appointment of Brian Hill as its new President. In this role, Hill will oversee the launch of the Foundation’s flagship initiative, the Future Homeowner Fund—a groundbreaking program designed to help families begin saving early for their children’s future down payments.
Through a unique partnership with Nation of Homeowners Mortgage Group (NOH) and Thrivent Financial, the Fund represents a first-of-its-kind model that connects today’s homeownership with tomorrow’s. NOH Mortgage Group allocates a portion of its profits directly to the Foundation, which then provides matching grants of up to $500 for families who open early savings accounts through Thrivent. This dual investment by both the lender and the family ensures that capital will no longer be the barrier when today’s children become the homeowners of tomorrow.
“Our business model is simple but powerful: Create a homeowner today. Invest in a homeowner tomorrow,” said Nick J. Gouché, Founder of Nation of Homeowners and The Gouché Foundation. “By dedicating part of our profits to match families’ savings, we are not only helping people purchase homes now, we are planting seeds of generational wealth for decades to come.”
Hill, a longtime advocate for financial literacy and wealth equity, brings both leadership experience and a passion for empowering families. Under his guidance, the Foundation will expand its reach across Los Angeles and ultimately nationwide.
“The Gouché Foundation exists to build stronger families, stronger futures, and stronger communities,” said Brian Hill, President of The Gouché Foundation. “The Future Homeowner Fund is a bold step in that mission. By equipping parents to save early, we will break cycles of financial exclusion and replace them with lasting legacies of ownership and opportunity.”
The Future Homeowner Fund officially launches this fall, alongside community workshops, virtual events, and outreach initiatives designed to engage families, schools, and faith-based organizations. Through education and financial partnership, The Gouché Foundation aims to ignite a national movement that redefines how families prepare for wealth creation through homeownership.
