A mortgage industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, Ferguson will lead NOH’s operational transformation—streamlining the production model to remove administrative bottlenecks and empower Loan Officers (LOs) to double their funded volume while evolving into trusted home advisors.

Ferguson’s career spans underwriting, processing, and operational leadership. She began as a CHUMS Direct Endorsement Underwriter in 1997, later becoming a HUD-approved auditor, and has dedicated close to a decade to management and mentoring. With deep expertise in manual underwriting and a strong command of industry platforms, she has consistently leveraged technology for lead qualification, process automation, and underwriting support to drive efficiency and scalability.

In her new role, Ferguson will reimagine NOH’s production model by shifting non-revenue tasks to skilled operations professionals, freeing Loan Officers to focus on advising families, strengthening client relationships, and creating long-term wealth. This approach not only elevates the customer experience but also redefines industry performance.
